THE PROCESS:
Our design process is composed of six phases, which define the scope of the project and services from conception to completion.
Phase 1: Discussion- Discovery and Scope of project. We identify your needs and define the framework to ensure complete project success.
Phase 2: Define timeline, Budget, and Overall visual concept and design aesthetics
Phase 3: Design build-up from phases 1 & 2 Create schematics in 3D for placement and to refine details and layout.
Phase 4: Refine cost and outline. Procurement for fixtures, accessories furnishings contractors and exterior enhancements, etc;
Phase 5: Develop and implement design detail and layout set forth, reconfirm, make small changes deliver final approval set forth, and sign a contract.
Phase 6: Successful conclusion to project, walkthrough and then Celebration!
